I am a married mother of three. I enjoy working out, spending time with my family and pets, and fostering rescue animals. My passions are personal fitness and helping others. I am an experienced trainer with over 6 years of experience, providing training to both individuals and groups. I have a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology, I am an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer, a NASM certified Group Fitness Instructor, and certified in CPR and First Aid.
I recognize that everyone is different and I focus on the whole person. The mind and body connection is critical and I help clients to build mental strength and discipline as we improve physical fitness. I am committed to working with you and pushing you to achieve your own goals in a safe and positive manner!
I have been a personal trainer for over 6 years and I know that no two clients are the same. As a result, I do not believe in one-size fits all approach. We are all unique in our goals and abilities, and I take the time to get to know you and tailor a program designed just for you.
